Biotium MemBrite™ Fix 594/615 Cell Surface Staining Kit, 100 Reactions
MemBrite™ Fix Cell Surface Staining Kits are designed for covalently staining the surface of live cells to conveniently visualize cell boundaries in immunofluorescence experiments. MemBrite™ Fix are new covalent cell surface stains that react irreversibly with cell surface proteins for staining that can withstand formaldehyde or alcohol fixation, and detergent permeabilization. Unlike lectins such as WGA, which bind specific targets that may vary between cell types, MemBrite™ Fix dyes react widely with cell surface proteins. MemBrite™ Fix staining is rapid and non-toxic to cells, and because MemBrite™ Fix dyes are highly water soluble, they stain cells much more evenly than traditional lipophilic membrane dyes like DiO, DiI, PKH, Vybrant, or CellMask™. This trial size kit has reagents sufficient for 100 labeling reactions. The kit contains 1 vial of MemBrite™ Fix 594/615 that is sufficient for 20 uL of 1000X dye after DMSO reconstitution.
Biotium CF405S Protein Labeling Kit , 3x(1mg) labelings
This kit contains everything you need to label antibodies or other proteins with a fluorescent CF dye succinimidyl ester (CF dye SE). Each kit contains reagents for three labeling reactions of up to 1 mg protein per reaction. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF405S dye has excitation/emission at 404/431 nm.
Biotium 5(6)-CARBOXYRhodamine 110-C5-Maleimide (
CR110-C5-maleimide (full name: 5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 110-C5-maleimide) is a maleimide derivative of the green fluorescent dye carboxyrhodamine 110. The dye has spectral properties (Ex/Em (MeOH) = 502/524 nm) similar to those of fluorescein (fluorescein-5-maleimide, for example), but the photostability of the dye is among the best of all green fluorescent dyes. Thus, the dye is a superior green fluorescent dye for labeling thiols. Biotium Biotin-XX Tyramide
CF dye tyramide conjugates can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA), which is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid in situ. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Biotium Fluo-3, AM Ester, Special Packag, 20x50ug
Membrane-permeant AM ester form of Fluo-3 that can be loaded into cells via incubation. Because of the relatively low water solubility of the AM ester, Pluronic F-127, a mild detergent, is often used as a dispersing agent to facilitate dye loading. Fluo-3 AM ester itself does not bind Ca2 , but it is readily hydrolyzed to Fluo-3 by endogenous esterases once the dye is inside the cells. An important application of Fluo-3 AM ester is its use in high throughput drug screening. Biotium CF488A, Succinimidyl Ester
CF Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes. SE dyes are commonly used to label antibodies and other proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm.
